Help refugees learn Dutch
The Radboud Refugee Working Group helps refugees to learn the Dutch language and culture. This helps refugees integrate faster into society. To buy the course books, the working group depends on donations. Will you help?
In 2021, the Working Group started a campaign to purchase course books to help refugees hosted at Heumesnoord to learn Dutch. As many as 159 donors then raised €5,705. With this, the working group was able to help refugees from Afghanistan, Turkey, Somalia and especially from Ukraine and give them a good start.
A group of language coaches trained by Radboud in'to Languages provides weekly Dutch lessons. They provide the lessons for free, but unfortunately the books cost a lot of money. They would like to continue providing these Dutch lessons, but they have run out of money. Would you like to help refugees and make the threshold for taking a Dutch language course as low as possible? Then donate! Every contribution is welcome.
Thank you very much!
